The shipment of our shop products is handled by the artists and/or artisans directly (owners).
The shipment of our shop products branded Artemperature is handled by our partner in Latvia for deliveries to Europe and in USA fro deliveries outside Europe.
Delivery takes between 3 to 15 days, it depends on the product and on the address for the delivery.
After you order, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and the link for tracking delivery.
Shipping costs are always clearly expressed during the checkout phased.
How to return an order
If you reside in the European Union you have the right to cancel and return your order.
To cancel an order you must – within the 14th calendar day from delivery of the product – write an email to the address email@example.com indicating the order number and the intention to cancel your order.
Artemperature will inform the seller who will contact you and will organize the collection of the product.
The product can only be returned if it has not already been used, if it has an issue and must be packed in its original packaging.
Unless otherwise specified in the product sheet at the time of order, the shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
In most cases, the refund is credited within 10-14 working days from the time the returned product reaches the seller.
